Finite Element Stress Analysis

In conjunction with its conceptual design capabilities, ARRT has significant experience in the modeling and Finite Element (FE) stress analysis of track structures. In some cases, savvy modeling and non-linear material behavior are utilized in order to achieve the results that reflect reality. In others, contacting surfaces (such as at rail joints) make the modeling even more challenging. No matter the problem, ARRT can perform linear or non-linear static or dynamic analysis of the track structures and its components.
